Warning!
The Parachute Dash can be a highly intense activity & it is crucial you have no medical condition which will cause any form of harm to you before participating in this event.

The difficulty level is dependent on your running speed.  The faster you run, the harder the difficulty.

If you are currently running on a regular basis without any health issue, you should be fine. However, you may wish to seek your medical professional's advice before you register for this event.

You will be required to submit an Indemnity Form to the organiser before the event.  This form will be sent via email.

The Organiser & its Partners/Vendors/Volunteers/Supporters shall not be held liable nor responsible for any injury/illness/death which may occur as a result of participation in the event.

Not Suitable For
If you have any of the following conditions (non-exhaustive), please do not participate:
  • Heart/Cardiac conditions
  • Shortness of Breath when not exercising
  • Dizzy or Fainting occurrences
  • Any other factors which will affect your health during participation in such highly intense activity
Medical Support
There will be professional Medics & an Ambulance on standby at the event, to respond to any emergencies (if any should arise).

Warning 'Signs'
If you experience any of the following signs during the event, please lower the intensity by slowing down your speed:
  • Sharp Pain in the chest area
  • Uncontrollable breathing
  • Dizzy/Faint
Do not attempt to 'push through' the pain/signs and think it'll get better.  It's safer to slow down before the situation worsens. 

Seek Medical aid immediately from the Medics.

Weather Condition
  • The event will be delayed if there is lightning/thunderstorm as it's an open area.
  • Stay under the shelter until the weather condition turns for the better.
